A popular Jamaican expression used to show respect, give praise, or offer encouragement. It’s a way of saying “Respect to you,” “Well done,” or “Stay strong.” Often used to uplift someone or give them credit, whether for doing something admirable or just for being authentically themselves.

English: You're doing well; congratulate yourself.
