"Stamp and Go" is a traditional Jamaican dish consisting of deep-fried saltfish (salted codfish) fritters. The name "Stamp and Go" is derived from the process of stamping (or crushing) the saltfish into small pieces before mixing it with flour, herbs, spices, and other ingredients. The resulting mixture is then shaped into small balls or patties and deep-fried until golden and crispy. Stamp and Go is often enjoyed as a popular snack or appetizer in Jamaica and is commonly served with a side of spicy dipping sauce.
Patois: Mi wah "Stamp and Go" fi brekfast
