This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold on JamaicanPatwah.com (including checkouts powered by Lemon Squeezy).
Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads (for example, PDF workbooks and ebooks).
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final.
However, if something genuinely goes wrong, we will work with you to fix it — or issue a refund where appropriate.
Instant Delivery
After checkout, customers receive:
- An immediate download link on the confirmation page, and
- A download link via the email receipt.
If you don’t receive your download, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us for assistance.
Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue a refund in the following situations:

Technical delivery issues: You cannot access the file due to a verified technical problem and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.

Wrong product purchased: You purchased the wrong digital product and contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and you have not downloaded/accessed the file (where download tracking is available).

Corrupted/defective file: The file is unreadable or clearly broken, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery (“I didn’t like it” / “I no longer want it”).
- Failure to read the product description, file format details, or compatibility requirements.
- Purchases made through Amazon (those are handled under Amazon’s policies).
- Requests submitted outside the refund window (unless required by law).
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are generally not available unless legally required.

- The product name
- A brief explanation of the issue
